1. Do I have to get more than one estimate?
No, there is no law that requires you to obtain more than one estimate.Obtaining two estimates is a preference to someone who is paying for the repairs out of pocket.

2. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we do. Our warranty stands as long as you own the vehicle. The parts will be warrantied through the vendors they were bought from and their times will vary.

3. Do I have to use the repair shop my insurance company tells me to use?
No, you have the right to choose the repair shop of your choice.

4. What is the “deductible”?
The deductible is part of the cost to repair your vehicle that you have agreed to pay in your insurance policy. If you go through your insurance for the repairs of your vehicle, you are responsible to pay the set amount (deemed by your insurance company) and the insurance will pay for the remainder of the repair costs.

5. What insurance companies do you work with?
We work with all insurance companies. We are also a direct repair facility for many companies which would eliminate for need to see an adjuster. Please contact us for our complete list of DRPs.  

6. What if your estimate is more than the one I received from my insurance company?
We will talk to your insurance company if the estimates are different. Insurance companies know that there might be additional repairs necessary, so they have a system for additional repairs. Most of the time, the company will pay us directly so you do not have to worry about the cost difference.

7. How do I obtain a rental while my car is being repaired?
If you are at fault your insurance policy may contain coverage that entitles you to a rental. If you are not at fault, the other parties insurance may be liable for your rental. In either case, you usually set up your rental directly with your agent. However, if you experience any difficulties we will be glad to help you.

8. Will you be able to match my paint?
Yes, we have a computerized paint mixing system which give us access over 100,000 paint formulas.

9. What type of payment do you accept for repairs?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and checks with proper identification.
